This class is another creation by Trina Robinson-Kemie. An intense cardiovascular workout, learning traditional kickboxing (Muay Thai) with proper form, technique, combined with free weights, plyometric, athletic drills, boot camp style.
Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
you will burn up a lot of calories as you develop strong balance, coordination, stability and overall strength while stretching, elongating, creating lean muscle mass throughout the body. We use high and low impact combinations.
